The Disciple’s Notebook

Every believer studies the Bible for the purposes of: 1. Understanding more about God and His commands; 2. Drawing closer to Him; 3. Internalising Jesus’ teachings to share with others; among other reasons.  I am determined to use this blog as a platform to shine forth the light of God, and so have decided to have a dedicated section here for sharing the lessons that I am learning from my personal studies of the Bible.  It is my notebook.

One of the major challenges in the world right now is the abundance of Christians and the scarcity of disciples.  I want to be counted among the few (Matthew 7:14, Luke 14:27), and I hope you do too.  Beyond my thoughts and inspirational writings on ‘True Religion’, I want to go deep into the heart of God and share His teachings with those whose hearts He has prepared to receive it.  I hope you are blessed as you read.
