“God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth” (John 4:24).
Jesus tells us the very nature of God, and the nature of the worship true believers are to give to Him. God is a Spirit. What that tells me is that, God as a Spirit is One Complete God. Even if He were to possess a body as a Spirit, or to take on another form, He is still essentially a Spirit.
I am no theologian, and don’t plan to be one. The doctrine of the Trinity is a doctrine I have always accepted as true, as a believer, and decided that it would be something God would explain to me in Heaven…how He can be both the Father and the Son. This doctrine teaches that God has three forms… That is Father (a human likeness), Son (a human form) and Holy Spirit (a spirit). According to this doctrine, the three are One God, and individually God too.
The popular song, “Holy, Holy, Holy”, by Reginald Heber, has at its climax “God in three persons, blessed Trinity“. However, I recently got a different understanding of this relationship, between God and Jesus and the Spirit they share. My understanding is that God and Jesus have the same Holy Spirit, which makes them God. However, one is greater than the other, as Jesus said. The Father is greater than the Son (John 14:28), because the Son was begotten by the Father (John 1:14).
The Son was begotten by the Spirit of God… The Spirit of God is God the Father, and has always been in existence. My understanding is that the Holy Spirit is not a separate entity from God, the Father. It isn’t a third person of the Trinity. There is no Trinity, just Father and Son. Jesus said: “I and my Father are One” (John 10:30). The question is now, when was the Son begotten?
It is written that “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made” (John 1:1-3). This tells me that the Son was begotten right from the beginning with the Father, whatever, whenever that beginning was. They have an eternal fellowship that has no beginning and end (Rev 1:8), which we may never comprehend until we see God face to face.
Jesus also prayed that we may be one with Them (John 17:21)… He said, “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you” (John 14:16-17). Just as the Spirit of God makes the Father and the Son One, we are made One with Them by the same Spirit.
The reference to another Comforter has caused many to conclude that the Holy Spirit is a separate person of the Trinity. But the Holy Spirit is God, the Father… The Holy Spirit is God’s true form, though IT is usually – wrongly – depicted as a dove. Jesus was conceived in Mary’s womb by this Spirit (Matt 1:18), and is the only Man declared to have the full measure of God’s Spirit in Him (John 3:34, Col 2:9), making Him worthy of worship.
Jesus later went on to say, “If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him” (John 14:23). By this, Jesus tells us that both Father and Son will come and dwell in those who believe and obey Jesus, in the form of the Holy Spirit.
But what does it mean for us to be One with God? When God fills us with His Spirit, through His baptism, do we attain equality to Christ? Are we just as Christ, worthy of worship? Are we just as Christ, fully God?
As children of God, we are gods (Psa 82:6). As children of the Most High King, we are kings and queens (1 Pet 2:9). We have a royal heritage and a godly potential! However, I believe that Christ alone retains a unique identity as the Fullness of God, being the visible revelation of God, Firstborn of the Father, and having proven Himself, and in obedience, redeemed all the lost children of God, the Father has bestowed upon Him a name above all…”That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father” (Phil 2:10-11).
He is the entrusted mouthpiece of God, the Word of God, the only Righteous Judge, able to act on God’s authority over all His creation. Unlike us, He was not created. He was begotten from the beginning (John 17:5).
“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God” (Rom 8:14).
Paul teaches us, who are obedient to the Gospel, that we are joint heirs with Christ Jesus (Rom 8:16-17). That we, who are born again by the Spirit of God, have the mind of Christ (1 Cor 2:10-16). The Spirit of God was given for building us up as one Body of Christ, “…till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ” (Eph 4:13). When we attain to this fullness, being One Body of Christ, we will truly be One with God, as the Son is One with the Father.
This we cannot attain by ourselves, being separate from the Body of Christ. The work of the Spirit is to bring us into unity. The proof that we have God’s Spirit is in our capacity to love like God (John 13:34-35). We are called into fellowship with one another and with God, and we show that we are children of God by the love we show each other. Because God is Love (1 John 4:7-8).
The gift of His Spirit that God has bestowed on all who love Him is the greatest of all the gifts in all the world and the Heavens! This is the gift of eternal life, that brings us into the knowledge of God, into fellowship with Him (John 17:3).
It is this same Spirit that will quicken our mortal bodies, and raise us incorruptible at the sound of the last trumpet (Rom 8:11, 1 Cor 15:52-53). It is by this Spirit that we have power over all the works of darkness, even sin, sickness and death ( Luke 10:19, Rom 6:14)! It’s God’s Spirit that inspires and empowers us to do good works, to the glory of His name (Eph 2:10, Phil 2:13).
Brethen, be encouraged in this knowledge. God is not apart from us…He is in us. His life is in us. His light is in us. His power is in us. His Kingdom is in us (Luke 17:21). Just as Christ submitted His Body to Him to accomplish His will and purpose, let us likewise submit our bodies to be used to His glory (Rom 12:1-2). And God, who has commanded it, is able to make us perfect, even as He is perfect (Matt 5:48).
“But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord” (2 Cor 3:18).

Wow! You nailed it. Trinity is a pagan concept that originated with Nimrod, Semiramis, and Tammuz. This can be looked up if you are interested. Godhead is the original concept. It differs from trinity in the aspect of Oneness and Unity. The Father and the Son are One through the Spirit, as if two personalities doing different aspects of one purpose, yet always fully in unison.
If people would use the original name Yeshua, instead of the later addition Jesus, they would know that the same Spirit that dwells in Godhead dwells in those who receive the Spirit. Yeshua means The Salvation of the Self-Existent Ones. Who are the Self-Existent One’s? The Self-Existent Ones are primarily the Godhead. But Self-Existent Salvation extends to everyone who is filled with the Spirit of The Most High.
We, who come into the Spirit, were all there at creation. We were all envisioned. Every piece of creation is symbol leading us back to Oneness with the Creator. What flows through us created the world and every sensory encounter. It is the enlightenment within us, through the Spirit, that makes us, and in turn, the world what it is. He saw us, and created everything to be an object of us, in and through us, through the Spirit. I don’t know if you can grasp this, but we, through the Spirit, become as Christ – as Self-Existent Salvation.
I wonder who will fully get it? It is now time for the Sons and Daughter to be revealed. You sister, are on the right track!

I’m not sure I understand your concept of the Godhead. It seems like you’re saying we are not among those that were created? That we were also present when God created everything. I know there are some scriptures that suggest that…I haven’t wrapped my head around that yet… Do you care to explain?

Godhead is the original Jewish concept that predates trinity. In trinity we have three separate beings: Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. In Godhead the lines are blurred. The three are actually One (1 John 5:7), but have certain defining characteristics according to post and purpose. As you have correctly deduced, the Holy Spirit is the glue or Family Spirit among the whole line.
As is Godhead, Father, Son, and Holy Spirt, there is no separation between souls who have come into the family line either. It all becomes just One, one great whole. Each person becomes a working unit of a much greater Body.
Yeshua came in from the womb because of the the way he was created as you have aptly pointed out already. This conception makes Yeshua only begotten. This placement of the Father into Mary via the Spirit only needed done once. It amply shows that a person impregnated with the Spirit will automatically come into alignment with Godhead and work at once as Yahweh.
There is no need for that to be repeated. We, by choice, can come into this relationship, the one Christ has with the Father, any time we choose. We just have to choose. There is ample power in the Holy Spirit to conform us to the Father’s likeness and overcome the world. The only difference is, we experience the world, and thereby fall in it, prior to this decision.
Once the decision is made, it is restoration time. Anyone can come into it. This is still Godhead. There is no difference. Godhead is a complete whole of those who are in Christ, or, said another way, filled with the Spirit.
The difficult idea in this process is to understand the working of the Spirit as so few actually get there. Church is largely to blame for this condition because of her many lies. People rest complacently in these lies because they cannot fathom that the church would misrepresent salvation. That is actually her greatest purpose in these last days.
Once one comes into the Holy Spirit Family, time ceases to exist. Time is linear, but creation is a cycle, an endless loop. Once one is filled with the Spirit, or Christ consciousness, there is no beginning or end (that is for mortals). All things become one. We are both at the beginning, end, and everywhere in-between. There simply is no difference.
The Holy Spirit hovered over the waters (Gen. 1:1-2, John 1:1 and 14) and Christ spoke. Christ is just a way of saying one spiritually anointed in the Holy Spirit. The whole family spoke from near and afar, everyone who comes in. It was all conceived in coordination with the whole history of the Family, Christ Himself being the figurehead over this process.
It’s all One. It is all one thing. Our consciousness played a part in the beginning, just as it will do again in the end (John 10:34, Psalms 82:6).

I understand by what you’ve shared that the Godhead is a Jewish concept. If so, why did they reject Jesus? I thought they rejected Jesus because their understanding of God didn’t include the Son?
I also don’t understand what you refer to as the “Self Existent Ones”.
Aside the Jewish Scriptures and the New Testament, which other scriptures helped in developing your understanding of the Godhead and Christ-consciousness. Some of your ideas are supported by scripture, but you lose me when you talk about us choosing to be born of the Spirit and a virgin like Jesus was. Are there more Jesus’s or Yeshuas out there?

One has to move from physicality to concept (spirituality) in order to fully understand this. I’m not talking Christian vs Jewish concept either. Spiritual things are spiritually discerned. They have to be envisioned in a way.
The Jews rejected Jesus for the same reasons that the Christians are rejecting Jesus today. To both the early Jews and late Christians, Jesus is a physical thing.
That is why I bring up Self-Existent Salvation. It is the translation of the the Name. It tells us exactly what to look for. It is a spiritual concept. It is not a physical manifestation. That is where people miss it. All the original names of God (Jesus never was an original name, so it is not included) tell us exactly what to be looking for. All the Names are spiritual concepts. If you are looking for a certain person in a certain way, you are going to miss it. Simple as that.
To break it down. Yahweh translated means: Self-Existent Ones. Yeshua is a contraction, Yahweh-shua. Since shua is salvation it is translated: Salvation of the Self-Existent Ones. It’s plural. It includes not only the Father and Yeshua Christ, but also everyone else that comes into the Family Spirit. All within the Family become One in Spirit.
I didn’t say we needed to be born of a virgin. I said that Christ showed us what would be the result if we were born of the Spirit from conception. That is what Christ is.
I said, that at the point in which we have the Spirit installed, we too should live the life of Yeshua, which is Salvation of the Self-Existent Ones. It is not a Name. It is a position we come into in the Spirit. The Name illustrates the reality. Christ in you the hope of glory…
Once you see this, you will read it throughout the whole of scripture. Try Isaiah 43 for starters. Let the eyes of your soul be opened.
Don’t get confused because I used the term christ-consciousness. Christ simply means anointed. I’m talking about being anointed with the Holy Spirit and the consciousness of all the eons all at once. Being totally connected with Godhead.
