Dear Reader,

YES.  We all have the tendency to sin.  There is no sin that anyone is above.  It is by the grace of God, sincere love and self-control that we are able to do right.  That is why Jesus said that if you are angry at your brother without a cause, you are guilty of murder (Matt 5:22)!  Murder is just a step away from irrational anger.

Likewise, Jesus said that if you look with lust at someone who isn’t your spouse, you are guilty of adultery (Matt 5:28).  It is just a step away.  With opportunity and discretion, you may give in to your rage or passion.  So, we must always think soberly and humbly of ourselves, and not be quick to judge others, because if we fall, we would want to be pardoned (Matt 7:1-2, John 7:24, 1 Cor 10:12)…
